No. You only need to provide the auction link and your maximum bid. BIG ASIA uses our own verified Japanese account and warehouse to process your order.

Yes. We will inform you of the auction progress, the winning status, and the final payment breakdown. You always know how much you are spending.

We will notify you immediately after the auction ends. If you win, we’ll request the remaining balance payment. If you lose, your deposit will be refunded in full.

Once the seller ships your item to our Japan warehouse, we consolidate and send it to the Philippines by air cargo. The delivery usually takes 5–7 days after departure from Japan.

No. Once we place your bid, it cannot be canceled, as Japanese auctions do not allow bid withdrawal. Please be sure about your maximum bid before confirming.
