I. BUYING RATE

* Rounding Rules:
- < 1kg: Rounded up to 1kg
- > 1kg: Rounded to one decimal place
* Dimensional Weight Calculation:
Volumetric Weight = (Length * Width * Height) / 6000 (cm³)
The chargeable weight is determined by comparing:
- Actual weight; and
- Volumetric weight
The greater value of the two will be used for calculation.
V. COMPENSATION POLICY FOR LOST ITEMS
