FAQ – Payment & Deposit

Yes. To participate in a Japanese auction via BIG ASIA, you need to place a deposit equal to 50% of your maximum bid amount.

If you win, you will pay the remaining balance of the winning bid, plus domestic shipping in Japan (if applicable). After the item arrives at our Japan warehouse, it follows our standard air cargo process to the Philippines.

If your bid is unsuccessful, your deposit will be fully refunded without any hidden fees or charges.

No deposit is required. Instead, you must pay the full 100% of the product cost upfront, including any domestic shipping in Japan (if applicable).

Because BIG ASIA purchases the item on your behalf directly from Japanese shops or websites. To prevent order cancellations and ensure smooth transactions, full payment is required before we process your purchase.

The international air cargo shipping fee (Japan → Philippines) will be calculated separately based on the total weight/volume of your parcels. You will need to settle this fee before delivery or pick-up in the Philippines.
